Dr Sharma has been passionately working with women for over 28 years providing information, support and solutions during pregnancy ,labor and post birth issues. After graduating from Delhi university as a physical therapist she worked at the Cheltanham General Hospital ,U.K. She set up and managed five physiotherapy departments at various hospitals in South Delhi after returning to India.
Her adult teaching and training skills which she acquired as a professor in sports physiotherapy at IGIPESS, Delhi University enables her to provide comfort to young couples during her Lamaze sessions . She has attended over a hundred births supporting women go through the hard work of labor as a birth Doula. Her in depth knowledge of biomechanics and physiology of birth helps her to design preventive programs for women in areas of pelvic related disorders ,incontinence and orthopedics.
In order to complete the help she provides to a young mother, Anita certified as a lactation consultant by the International Board of Lactation Consultants. Working with mothers and surrogate/adopted babies to establish lactation is her special area of interest. Her past experience of working in NICU's as a physical therapist helps her to work easily with premies and neonates .Along with the team at Fortis La Femme she has worked to set up the first Human Milk bank in Delhi.

Dr Anjila Aneja

Dr. Anjila Aneja was a Lead Consultant and Head unit II, Max Institute of Obstetrics and Gynaecology with a total clinical experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology 25 years. She did her M. B. B. S. from Rohtak Medical College, Rohtak, M.D. (Obs & Gyn) from PGIMER, Chandigarh, DNB (Obs & Gyn) from National Board of Examinations, New Delhi, MRCOG (UK) from Royal College of Obs & Gyn, London, Diploma In Pelvic Laparoscopy from Keil School Of Endoscopic Surgery , Germany & Gisson School Of Endoscopic Surgery , Germany and awarded FRCOG (UK) from Royal college of Obst & Gynaecologist ,London (UK). Has rich experience in handling OPD, high risk obstetric cases, and routinely caters to major & minor laparoscopic & Hysteroscopy surgeries.She is performing all advanced laparoscopic & Hysteroscopic surgeries from last 16 years & presented many papers & videos in International Conferances. Started career with Safderjung Hosital as Jr.Resident in 1989,then worked for PGMER Chandigarh,Lady harding hospital, Mater Infirmorum, Belfast ,Moolchand Hospital,Apollo Hosital & formaly with Max Institute of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Dr Raghuram Mallaiah

Working as a Head & Director of Neonatology department in Fortis La Femme. Dr Raghuram Mallaiah, Neonatologist trained at the Hammersmith Hospital - London, is a full time consultant at Fortis La Femme born on April 04, 1971. Graduated from the Bangalore Medical College, India in 1993 and did his MRCP Pediatrics (London, UK). He has been a Fellow in Neonatology Hammersmith Hospital Imperial College London, UK, Fellow in PICU, Newcastle General Hospital (Regional Paediatric Intensive Care Unit for the northern region), Newcastle upon Tyne Registrar in Neonatology, Royal Victoria Infirmary (Tertiary referral unit for Northern UK and ECMO unit), Newcastle upon Tyne, Registrar in Neonatology, North Tees General Hospital, Stockton on Tees and SHO in Neonatology, Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, Exeter. He has performed numerous of Resuscitation, Intubation and ventilation of new born infants. He has specialization in performing UAC’s and Peripheral Arterial lines, done Numerous of Chest drain insertion Lumbar Puncture and done lots Insertion of long lines. He has done Several Exchange Transfusions for rhesus incompatibility in the newborn also done partial exchange transfusions for babies with symptomatic polycythemia. He is a Specialist in performing and interpreting Cranial USS, Transfer of Sick Neonates, and Ventricular Taps in babies with Hydrocephalus and Air Evacuations. Dr. Tripat Choudhary completed her MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College; New Delhi in 1974 following which she did her MD, Obstetric & Gynaecology also from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi in 1981. Subsequently, held faculty positions at Holy Family Hospital, Delhi & Batra Hospital, Delhi. She has over 25 years’ experience of obstetrics with special interest in high-risk obstetrics. She is well versed with major & minor gynecological procedures and has a keen interest in Gynae-oncology.

Geetika started her career as a physiotherapist and went on to become an ‘Antenatal Educator’, drawn in by her interest in supporting women and couples during the birthing process. She has had over 8 years’ experience working with couples achieve their birth choices and encouraging women to bond with their babies and successfully breastfeed and over the years has upped her qualifications to work as a Birth Educator, Hypno birthing Practitioner and Lactation Counsellor. She is incredibly enthusiastic about infants being fed breast milk and works in encouraging them along with their mommies – Geetika is our ‘Baby Whisperer’ as she definitely has a special knack in communicating with the little ones.

Dr. Goel with 15 years of experience is a Sr. Consultant in Fortis La Femme Hospital. She was the lead consultant at Saket City hospital for one & half year and Rockland hospital for last 7 years. A graduate from Maulana Azad Medical College and post graduate of Lady Harding Medical College. Adept at a wide range of obstetric and gynecological procedures with a special interest in high risk pregnancy, Endoscopy and infertility.
She believes in attaining experience in all sphere of life. She is competent, compassionate and caring and has a zest for life making her popular with her patients. She is active academically and is the secretary of Delhi Gynecology Forum south.

He is presently working as a Senior Consultant Breast and Oncoplastic Surgeon at Apollo Indraprastha Hospital, New Delhi. Dr Sahni has also been recently appointed onto the Board of Directors of the European and Asian Society for Mastology (EURAMA), heading the South Asian office as President till 2016. Dr Sahni has also been recently appointed onto the editorial board of eCancer Medical Journal, the largest web based oncology journal in the world. He was the lead consultant for breast services at the Artemis Health Institute in Gurgaon (2007-2020) & Head of Department Breast Surgery at Dr B L Kapur Memorial Hospital, New Delhi (2010-2014).
He is an MBBS, MRCS, CST by qualification and has also received various awards and certifications for outstanding contribution in his field.

Priya Chadha is an ex hotelier by profession and is a mother of two sons. As a breast cancer survivor, the promotion of awareness for breast cancer is a cause, very close to her heart. With joie de verve for the wonderful gift of restored good health, she with her unshakable belief in the art of positivity encourages and hand holds young women in the course of their treatment and fight against breast cancer.
"The impossible only takes a while longer". With that mantra, she works at lending strength to her comrades in arms during their treatment regime so they may successfully work towards their own wellness and restored health.
